RealPlay LLC (“RealPlay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use the RealPlay mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”). 2. SCOPE
This Policy applies to the RealPlay mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, as well as our website (realplayapp.com).
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
You are not required to provide personal data directly to RealPlay to use the core functionality of the Services.
We do not require users to create accounts and do not directly collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. However, certain information may be required by the Apple App Store or Google Play to download and access the app. That information is collected and stored by those third-party providers, not RealPlay.
We collect limited technical information necessary to operate the Services:
A. Device and Technical Information
- Device identifiers (such as IDFA/IDFV, where applicable)
- App version and device type
B. Subscription Information
- Subscription status
- Purchase history (processed through Apple App Store or Google Play)
RealPlay does not receive or store full payment details. However, certain information may be required by the Apple App Store or Google Play for such purposes. That information is collected and stored by those third-party providers, not RealPlay.
C. Infrastructure Logs
When you access audio content, our infrastructure provider (AWS CloudFront) may log:
- IP address
- Browser or device information
- Requested content
- Timestamp of access
These logs are not linked to any user identity.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Provide and deliver audio content
- Enable and verify subscriptions
- Maintain and improve app performance and reliability
- Ensure security and prevent misuse
Where applicable, we process this information on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services and fulfilling our contractual obligations to users.
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes. If our practices change, we will update this Policy accordingly.
5. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We share limited data with service providers strictly as necessary to operate the Services, which may include:
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Apple App Store / Google Play (payment processing)
- AWS (CloudFront / S3) (content delivery and infrastructure)
These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
We do not sell, share, or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy accordingly.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain data only as long as necessary to operate the Services:
- Infrastructure logs (AWS CloudFront): retained for up to 90 days
- Subscription data (via RevenueCat): retained according to their policies

Mobile App
We do not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes. If our practices change, we will update this Policy accordingly.

Our website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking technologies. If our practices change, we will update this Policy accordingly.
